View on MapThe program will last 30 to 45 minutes, with a business meeting to follow. Every effort will be made to finish by 3 p.m. The Herb of the Month and Book Reports will be presented at the monthly meeting and also submitted for publication in the newsletter.
Refreshments: Most meetings have 3 people assigned to provide refreshments. Please coordinate with each other. The type of refreshments is up to the assigned members and may range from a beverage and dessert, snack items, or a light meal. The refreshment committee may contact the Co-Chair facilitator (Kathy or Lisa) if members need to eat prior to the meeting or bring a lunch if serving only drinks and dessert. This information will be included in the meeting reminder e-mail sent out a week prior to each meeting.
If you are unable to give the presentation you are assigned, please find a replacement and notify Kathy Peterson or Lisa Whitaker.
If you are unable to participate, please find someone to take your place and notify the other assigned members and the either Co-Chair.
