Chive and Lemon Vinaigrette
A simple vinaigrette made with fresh chives, lemon zest and lemon juice. Perfect for a light and refreshing green salad.

- In a jam jar, add all ingredients.
- Screw lid on jar and shake vigorously to combine ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Drizzle over salad greens.
- Keep vinaigrette in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
We mixed some of this vinaigrette into plain white rice - wow it was fantastic! I can imagine this over steamed veggies or roasted potatoes too.
