Description

This sauce originates in France and is wonderful on fish, chicken, pasta and many vegetables. It freezes well in ice cube trays.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups fresh parsley chopped ((or 1 cup parsley, 1 cup cilantro))
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Pinch lemon zest ((generous pinch))
Instructions

    1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor.
    2. Serve on your favorite dish.
