    1. Drain liquid from Ricotta Cheese
    2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients using the back of a fork or spoon against the side of the bowl, until well blended and smooth.
    3. Taste and adjust seasoning.
    4. Store in a tightly sealed container for 2 to 4 days in the fridge.
