A protein rich spread bursting with the fresh flavor of herbs. Perfect with bread, crackers, pita chips or even as a dip for veggies.

- Drain liquid from Ricotta Cheese
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients using the back of a fork or spoon against the side of the bowl, until well blended and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Store in a tightly sealed container for 2 to 4 days in the fridge.
