‘Summer Dreams’ Tomato Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 TB thinly sliced scallions
  • 1 tsp minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp grated fresh horseradish (optional)
  • 1 tsp fennel seed or sesame seed
  • 1 sm clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 TB vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 2 TB honey
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice ((I use my homemade juice))
  • 1/2 cup water
Instructions

    1. Preparation:
      Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed.
    2. Select "NORMAL" program.
    3. Press "START"
    TIP: The honey keeps this bread soft for about a week. Store in refrigerator since there are no preservatives, it can mold in a warm kitchen.
