¹⁄₂ Cup Feta Cheese
¹⁄₂ Cup Green Onions, chopped
¹⁄₂ Cup Mint

Olive Oil
Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
Salt & Pepper

I never really measure anything; I just made this recipe up. You can add crushed garlic, but I usually don't.
