To further the knowledge and use of herbs, to promote educational projects relating to herbs and to subscribe to the objects of the Herb Society of America.
In gardening terminology, a ‘volunteer’ is a plant that grows on its own, rather than being deliberately planted by the gardener. Just like that volunteer plant, members of the Kentuckiana Herb Society grow by learning about the use and delight of herbs through educational programs, research, and by sharing their experiences with the community. Membership is open to any person interested in growing, learning and using herbs in their daily lives, and willing to share that interest with others.
